Exeter Science Park
The Exeter Science Park is an exciting development being built on a 24 acre site to the east of Exeter, part of the Exeter and East Devon Growth Point. Bringing together the Met Office, the University of Exeter, the Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry, and led by the local authorities – Devon County Council, Exeter City Council and East Devon District Council – Exeter Science Park will offer extensive new facilities to encourage enterprise, science, and research and development.
With high quality, flexible space for businesses ranging in size from start-ups to major corporate headquarters, as well as hotel and conferencing facilities, the development aims to provide opportunities for 3,500 jobs and further underlines Devon’s commitment to a the knowledge based economy.
